In the middle of packing today's boxes we received a call from our friends at Newark Conservancy. Their Bok Choy crop had exploded and needed a home. With some super heroic efforts of the crew there and our team here we were able to co-ordinate harvesting, transporting and packing of bok choy for our shareholders. It doesn't get fresher or more local than this. Bok Choy from Newark harvested on the morning of pick-up.
